WOMEN’s T20 CHALLENGE 2022: Velocity won the match by 7 wickets against Supernovas played at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune. In this match, Velocity won the toss and decided to bowl first and took the target from Supernova and chased down the target of Supernova. And Velocity chased down Supernova’s target with ease and won the match by 7 wickets.
Supernova’s batsman scored 150 runs in 20 overs and lost 5 wickets. Where Supernova’s batsman Harmanpreet Kaur played brilliant innings against Velocity and become Player of the Match where she scored 71 runs in 51 balls. At the same time, another batsman Taniya Bhatia scored 36 runs and Sune Luus scored 20 runs to give a strong target to his team against Velocity.

Whereas Velocity team chased Supernova’s target smoothly in 18.2 overs and scored 151 runs and lost 3 wickets. While Laura Walvaardt and Shafali Verma played brilliant innings. Where Laura Wolvaardt scored 51 runs in 35 balls and Shafali Verma scored 51 runs in 33 balls. While chasing the target of Supernova, another batsman Deepti Sharma scored 24 and Yastika Bhatia scored 17 runs and chased the target for her team.
